Christmas poem

Rotorua

Me and my family We went to rotorua last Thursday.  It took three hours to drive there.

We went to the motel then we went to the swimming pool.

After. we went in the spa. The water felt hot and nice. We relaxed in the water.  Then me and my cousin got out of the spa .

After that we went to the park i was on the monkey bars  

We went to Port Waikato on the way home.

I felt good because i went in the spa and the swimming pool.

About Donte

Kia ora!  My name is Donte  and I am 7 years old.  I am in Year 4 at Point England School in Glen Innes, Auckland, New Zealand.  In my family I live with my Mum and my Dad and my Grandad. My family’s culture is Cook Island Maori.

After school and at the weekend I like to play maths whizz   My favourite sport is rugby.  My favourite food is KFC and my favourite colours are red and green.

At school I enjoy learning Maths because I like Maths Whizz. This year for my learning I want to work on my new Chromebook so that I can be Cybersmart.  My favourite time at school is creative space.

Richard and the dragon

Once upon a time there was a dragon and a boy called Richard. First Richard went to a Masve Darck spooky cave. When Richard went inside the cave he saw a big ginormous dragon. Suddenly the dragon  woke up. and breathed fire on Richard.  Then Richard  ran as fast as he could but Richard said" I can't    Do this" so he went home. Finally Richard went in the forst and club up a tree and he saw the dragon go by so he Quickly went back into the cave.

Cross country run

Cross country on Friday we had started our cross country run. First we lined up. Next we went on the field and mister Burt had the clapper when he claped it we all ran one lap. After that we went back to Room 15. 

Ben going to Venus

Once upon a time there was a boy called Ben. First Ben went into his Rocket and engaged his boosters then he went to Venus. Ben said it is so hot I think I am to close to the sun." Then the sun melted his Rocket. So Ben called out for help suddenly the Robots were coming. Next the Ninja warriors flew into rescue him. After that the Ninja warriors took Ben Back to Earth. Finally the Ninja warriors flew in their huge Rocket Back to Venus. 

Making clocks

On a wet Tuesday we made clocks at school. Miss Eaide gave us penusls and blue rulers. Next we got round plates then we put big Large numbers on the plates. After that we made hole in the  middle of the plate then we put the fluffy pipe clenaners into the hole for the clock hands. Finally Room 15 coloured our plates in 

Jake the astronaut

Once upon a time there was an Astronaut called jake. Jake went in his Rocket. Next engaged his bootees and jake launched 54321 jake blastsed off up into space and jake was so excited. Jake was going to fight the evil Queens  jake saw the evil queens they were evil suddenly jake said wow I can land at the universe of Zola the Ninja warrriors kidnapped jake and put jake in the dark dungeon then jake heard big stomps and that was the cool transformer comeing to save Jake Finally jake got in his Rocket and flow home and went to bed. He dreamed about flat foots doing silly dances
